The Benn Conger Home was originally built in 1921 as the private residence of Benn Conger, a popular state senator. Later, it became a safe haven for the infamous bootlegger and numbers racketeer Dutch Schultz. The home, an excellent example of Colonial Revival architecture, has four beautifully appointed, oversized rooms and suites. Each room or suite features a private bath, antique furnishings, fine linens, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable, relaxing escape.
